Soccer's refund policy?
1) What qualifications and checks do Primary Soccer staff have?
We are fully committed to the quality of our courses and the safety and welfare of all children who attend them. FA licensed coaches lead all of Primary Soccer's courses and all of our staff are screened by the government child protection agency.

2) How many Primary Soccer staff and
children will there be on each course?
To ensure that every child on a Primary Soccer course
gets the care and attention they deserve, we operate a coach
to child ratio of 1:12, with a minimum of 2 coaches on a course
at anyone time. Typically, courses are capped at 48 children,
although occasionally courses are extended beyond this figure.

3) How long are Primary Soccer courses and what time do they start and finish?
Our courses range between 1 and 5 days in length and typically run from 9:00am until 4:00pm. Each day begins and ends with a registration/de-registration process. On the final day of each course there will be a short award ceremony (beginning at 3:45pm), which we encourage parents to attend. Parents, don't forget your cameras!
[top] 4) Will my child be okay attending a Primary Soccer course on his/her own?
Yes, the majority of children who attend our courses do so without any family or friends. Our fun-football philosophy allows children to enjoy a positive football experience in a friendly, safe and secure environment.
[top] 5) My child is only 4 years old. Will a Primary Soccer course be suitable?
Absolutely, Primary Soccer specialises in the needs of all children
between the ages of 4-11 years, right down to the last detail,
such as helping children put on their boots and tie their laces.
For many children this is their first experience of football,
so we want to make sure that every child enjoys the experience
of a lifetime.
[top] 6) Are meals and drinks provided?
We ask that all children bring a packed-lunch, including enough fluids/drinks to keep them hydrated all day, with them.
[top] 7) What does my child need to bring with them to one of your courses?
Other than bringing a packed-lunch and enough fluids/drinks for the whole day, your child should come prepared to play both indoor and outdoor fun-football activities. Warm clothes are essential. If the weather is wet, we advise a change of clothes is brought. Boots and shin-pads are not essential but are recommended. There is no need for any money to be brought to a Primary Soccer course.

8) What happens
if the weather is hot/cold/wet?
When we book our course venues (hosted at ‘Primary' and occasionally
‘Secondary' schools) we ensure that both ‘indoor' and ‘outdoor'
facilities are made available. This way, if the weather is too
poor for the children to be outside, we have a contingency plan.
Our in-door games and education programmes include; Fantasy
Football, our Football Quiz, the Eurovision Football Contest
and the Millionaire Game. During hot conditions, please ensure
your child comes prepared with sun cream and a sun hat. Please
note, Primary Soccer staff will not be able to apply sun cream
without prior written consent from a parent/guardian.

9) How can I book my child on one of
your courses?
To book a place on one of our courses, please use our

you can pay by cheque/post by downloading a booking form. Your
booking form should be completed in full and returned with payment
to Primary Soccer, Dudley House, Abbey Hill, Kenilworth, Warwick, CV8 1LU

10) What is Primary Soccer's refund policy?
Unfortunately, there are no refunds whatsoever once we have processed your payment and application. This same policy applies, even if your child is ill and is unable to attend. If you are able to find someone to take your child's place, this will be fine, as long as we have been given full details of the new child at least 48 hours prior to the course start. Please check dates carefully before you book.
